For the Dressing:
1/4 cup tamari sauce
1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, agave nectar, and chopped green onion
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds and grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
For the Salad:
1 bag of joyloop zucchini spirals
1/4 cup of cooked edamame
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 large carrot, julienned
1/2 cup of thinly sliced red cabbage
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine zucchini spirals, edamame, peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Toss to combine. When ready to eat, drizzle dressing over salad and serve immediately.
